Two distinct encryption layers are employed, TLS 1.2/1.3 protects data in transit across the network and AES-256 protects data at rest within Snowflake storage. Private connectivity via AWS / Azure PrivateLink ensures that data never traverses the public internet.

AecorSoft Data Integrator connects to Snowflake using the Snowflake ODBC Driver for secure, standards-based communication over TLS (1.2/1.3). The driver handles authentication, session lifecycle management and efficient data transfer for both batch and CDC workloads. All data leaving the AecorSoft integrator is wrapped in a TLS encrypted tunnel before it is sent to Snowflake.
